What you need to know:

  • Sign up each week for the classes you want to take.  If you become a "regular" I assume you are attending and let me know AT LEAST 24 hours in advance you are not attending.
  • Sign up is preferred and appreciated at least 24 hours before class.  24 hours notice is required to cancel your reservation in class or you could be charged.  Your commitment to class and your workout is imperative to our own personal success as well as the success of the program.
  • All fitness levels are welcome.  Modifications and advancements are always offered.  If you are a true beginner I recommend setting up a couple individual sessions with me to help you feel more comfortable, confident and avoid injury.

Body Serious Personal Training & Pilates

                               Small Group Personal Training Classes


Wednesdays:  12:00-1:00pm.  $15.  Zoom Muscle Conditioning & Core. 

Online Zoom Class from the privacy of your own home.  How convenient!  


A combination of exercises that strengthen your muscles, increase aerobic conditioning, core strength and flexibility.  I change the workout every 3 weeks so participants can learn the movements and feel more comfortable as the weeks progress.  Sometimes we incorporate Yoga and Pilates as part of the workout.

Certain equipment is required. I am more than happy to help you order what you need. 

You can get all of this equipment for less than $100 and you may already have some of it.  

*Physio ball 55, 65,75 cm based on your height, small 9 inch squishy core pilates ball, set of light and heavy Dumbbells  (ie: 3's and 8's or 5's or 10's or 12's) a light, medium, heavy set of bands/exercise tubing with handles, door anchor or something sturdy to anchor your bands to in your exercise area, leg loop bands set with lighter and heavier, an exercise mat.  

**It's always encouraged to do a private session with me first in person so I can go over the basics of what we do.  We want to ensure you are exercising safely each week in your home.


Thursdays:  4:30-5:30pm.  $25.    Circuit Training Intervals + Core


Maximum 6 clients.  Live in-person training at the Body Serious Training Garage.  Utilizing a variety of equipment such as TRX suspension straps, dumbbells, bands, battle ropes, medicine and slam balls, slide, physio and core balls and more to build lean, strong muscles, burn calories, increase power, cardio respiratory endurance and core strength.
