Tuesdays: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Wednesdays:  9:00am - 2:00pm

Thursdays:  9:00am - 5:30pm

Small Group Personal Training Classes:


12:00-1:00pm Wednesdays:  $15  (online) ZOOM Muscle Conditioning & Core


4:30-5:30pm Thursdays: $25  (in person)  Circuit Training Intervals & Core​.  Maximum 6 people per class
